Minsk-based Russian embassy opens book of condolences for victims in South Ossetia

 

The Minsk-based Russian embassy on August 13 opened a Book of Condolences for victims of a "humanitarian catastrophe" in South Ossetia.

The book can be signed until Thursday between 10:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev declared a day of mourning on August 13. //BelaPAN
